If a separately signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific signed agreement will control for that project.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
2. Quotes, Proposals, and Scope of Work
2.1 Project Scope
Each project will be governed by its accepted quotation, proposal, invoice, service description, or written agreement.
The scope should identify applicable:
- Deliverables
- Pricing
- Payment schedule
- Estimated timeline
- Revision allowance
- Technical requirements
- Third-party costs
- Ownership or licensing arrangements
- Additional project-specific conditions
Services outside the approved scope are not automatically included.
2.2 Scope Changes
Any substantial changes to approved project requirements may require a written change order, additional payment, or revised timeline.
Fast Visual Agency will communicate additional charges before proceeding with paid out-of-scope work.
2.3 Project Acceptance
Fast Visual Agency reserves the right to accept or decline proposed projects before work begins.
If payment has been collected for a project that Fast Visual Agency declines to accept, payments for services that will not be provided will be refunded as required by the applicable agreement and law.
2.4 Estimates
Quoted project timelines are estimates unless an express delivery deadline is specifically confirmed in writing.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on the agreed scope, complexity, deliverables, and timing.
Taxes and applicable third-party charges will be disclosed when required.
3.2 Payment Requirements
Fast Visual Agency may require full payment, a deposit, or milestone payments.
The required payment arrangement will be disclosed before the customer confirms the order.
3.3 Final Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, final delivery, website transfer, source-file release, or other contracted handover may be conditioned on full payment.
3.4 Late Payments
Failure to pay an invoice when due may result in suspension of work or services, subject to applicable law and contractual notice requirements.
Late fees will apply only where expressly agreed and legally permitted.
3.5 Third-Party Financing
Payments made through financing or installment services such as Klarna, Affirm, or other providers may be subject to additional agreements between the customer and that provider.
Fast Visual Agency's refund policy remains subject to applicable law and the relevant payment and financing arrangements.
4. Deposit and Nonrefundable Payment Policy
4.1 Deposits
Certain services require an upfront deposit to reserve resources and initiate project work.
The deposit amount will be identified before payment.
4.2 When Work Begins
Project work begins when Fast Visual Agency starts performing services specific to an accepted project.
Such activities may include:
- Discovery and consultation performed for the project
- Project research
- Creative strategy
- Brand development
- Concept creation
- Sketching or design work
- Website planning
- UI/UX development
- Coding
- Content development
- Technical configuration
- Production preparation
Work may begin before the customer receives an initial draft or visible deliverable.
4.3 Nonrefundable Deposits
IMPORTANT: Once work has started on an accepted project, the deposit is nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed project terms.
The deposit may be retained for work performed, project-specific resources reasonably committed, agreed reservation costs, and other lawful charges.
The amount retained must be consistent with the parties' agreement and applicable law and must not operate as an unlawful penalty.
Any portion required to be refunded by law or the agreement will be refunded.
4.4 Cancellation Before Work Begins
Customers who cancel before work begins may be entitled to a refund, subject to appropriately disclosed and lawful reservation charges or third-party expenses.
4.5 Additional Amounts Due
If the value of completed work and authorized expenses exceeds the deposit, the customer may remain responsible for additional amounts due under the agreement.
4.6 Company Nonperformance
The nonrefundable-deposit provision does not eliminate remedies for material nonperformance, breach of contract, or other legally protected customer rights.
5. Express Design Services — 24-Hour Delivery
5.1 Express Service Description
Fast Visual Agency offers 24-hour Express Design for certain eligible creative projects.
Examples may include:
- Promotional flyers
- Event flyers
- Social media graphics
- Digital advertisements
- Invitations
- Simple promotional materials
- Other expressly approved designs
Not all services qualify for express delivery.
5.2 Express Order Confirmation
Express delivery applies only when Fast Visual Agency expressly accepts the project as a 24-hour Express Design order.
A standard order does not automatically qualify for 24-hour delivery.
5.3 Starting the 24-Hour Timeline
The 24-hour period begins only after all required conditions have been satisfied:
- Fast Visual Agency accepts the express order.
- The required payment is received.
- The customer provides a complete design brief.
- All necessary text, images, logos, and supporting materials are received.
- Required approvals have been provided.
For an accepted 24-hour service, the delivery period means 24 consecutive hours from confirmed commencement unless the order explicitly states a different calculation.
5.4 What the Deadline Covers
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the express deadline applies to the agreed initial design or initial deliverable.
The 24-hour period does not automatically include additional revision rounds, new design concepts, print production, or physical delivery.
5.5 Customer Delays
The deadline may be adjusted when the customer:
- Provides incomplete information
- Changes the design brief
- Delays approvals
- Submits materials late
- Requests new deliverables
- Does not respond to necessary project questions
Fast Visual Agency will communicate material adjustments.
5.6 Express Fees
An express surcharge may apply.
Any applicable surcharge must be disclosed and accepted before payment.
Express fees attributable to work already performed or resources reasonably committed may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5.7 Cancellation After Commencement
If the customer cancels after work has started, the applicable nonrefundable deposit and earned express fees may be retained under these Terms and applicable law.
5.8 Missed Express Deadlines
If Fast Visual Agency fails to meet an expressly confirmed express deadline for reasons within its reasonable control, the customer may request an appropriate remedy.
Such remedy may include:
- An agreed revised delivery date
- Adjustment of the rush surcharge
- Refund of the applicable rush surcharge
- Another appropriate contractual or legally required remedy
A delayed deadline does not automatically eliminate payment obligations for properly completed services, nor does it eliminate legally available remedies.
5.9 Limitations
Express Design does not include unlimited revisions, additional concepts, printing, or shipping unless expressly included in the order.
6. Graphic Design, Branding, and Logo Services
6.1 Deliverables
Deliverables are limited to those described in the approved package or proposal.

- Changes to a different design style
- Additional formats or assets
- New project requirements
- Complete redesigns
6.4 Revision Allowances
The number of included revision rounds must be stated in the purchased package or agreement.
If the package does not specify the number, the parties must confirm the revision allowance before work begins.
A request containing multiple related changes may be treated as one revision round when submitted together.
Additional revisions will require customer approval of any applicable fee.
6.5 Final Design Approval
Customers must carefully review spelling, dates, contact information, product information, and other content before approving final files.
Fast Visual Agency remains responsible for correcting errors attributable to its failure to follow the approved brief or agreed specifications.

Subjective dissatisfaction or a change in personal preference does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund after substantial work has been performed.
Customers retain all remedies required by law or the applicable agreement.

9.2 Unlimited Design Plans
Where a plan advertises unlimited design requests, that term means customers may submit ongoing requests within the defined subscription scope.

Any simultaneous-request limits, turnaround expectations, and exclusions must be disclosed in the plan description before purchase.
9.3 Client Approval
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate brand information and providing necessary approvals.

The Company may retain amounts attributable to work performed, project resources reasonably committed, and other agreed lawful charges.
13.4 Completed Projects
Completed custom services generally are not eligible for discretionary refunds based solely on a change of preference.
This does not remove remedies for defective work, breach, or other legally protected claims.
13.5 Cancellation by Fast Visual Agency
If Fast Visual Agency terminates a project without customer fault, the Company will provide an accounting and refund amounts owed for unperformed services.
13.6 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through an appropriate payment method in accordance with payment-provider rules and applicable law.

14.4 Fraudulent Transactions
Fast Visual Agency may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and take lawful protective action.

However, no amount will be charged or pursued contrary to applicable consumer protection laws or payment-network rules.
15. Project Timelines and Customer Inactivity
15.1 Customer Cooperation
Customers agree to provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals within reasonable timeframes.

15.4 Extended Inactivity
If inactivity continues for 60 consecutive calendar days, Fast Visual Agency may notify the customer that the project is eligible for administrative closure.
Before closing the project, the Company will provide a final written notice and reasonable opportunity to respond.
These periods apply unless a separately agreed project schedule provides otherwise.
15.5 Reactivation
Reactivation may require an updated timeline, renewed scope review, or additional fees where disclosed and agreed.
15.6 Financial Settlement
